Our Bar Service

For a truly personalised celebration The Tipsy Mare is hired as a dry bar, delivered ready for you to stock with all your favourite tipples. 

Your beverages will be kept chilled to the perfect temperature in our 330L state-of-the-art glass door refrigerator.

Tailored specifically for your event we supply all glassware for up to 120 guests - champagne, wine, tumbler, highball, cocktail or shot glasses. 

We will arrive fully equipped with all bar accessories which will be styled beautifully with your beverage selection and glassware. 

Our team of experienced, RSA qualified bar staff will be in uniform and ready to serve your guests with a smile.

Throughout your event a member of our bar staff will circulate through-out your guests ensuring all tables are clear of empty bottles and glasses. 

In the heat of the summer it is important for your guests to stay hydrated. The Tipsy Mare also comes with a self-service vintage-style water dispenser and glasses if required.  

Our Personal Touches

The Tipsy Mare makes a unique backdrop for your event so we will decorate her using any flower arrangements or props you supply… we’ve had a huge variety of themes from native flowers, palm leaves and even pineapples!

Choose from our complimentary warm festoon lights or crisp white cotton bunting to transform your bar into a beautiful centrepiece.

Our beautiful hand-crafted timber bar and display shelves make the perfect spots to highlight your specially selected beverages from which your guests to choose.   

Be creative and use our large A-frame chalkboard to write up your beverage menu, leave your guests a special message or let them know your event hashtag. 

For private events we organise a selection of beverages to be displayed in large ice buckets for your guests to self-serve for as long as they wish after the bar is closed.   

How We Roll

Generally, we deliver The Tipsy Mare the day before your special event so she can be positioned in the perfect spot. 

We don’t tow her away until the day after your event which allows your guests to keep using the glassware after the bar has closed.   

If your event is being held at an established venue who have their own staff and glassware we are happy to deliver Tipsy to your venue, set up props, brief venue staff on how to use the facilities and take her away post-event for a flat fee per event. 

The environment is important to us so if recycling bins are provided we will ensure all your glass, tin and cardboard waste is cleared away responsibly.

We do not require our clients to clean the glassware post-event - we will do this as a complimentary service so you don’t have to worry. We will also dismantle all props, clean and remove Tipsy. 

The Tipsy Mare comes with off-grid capabilities for off-road celebrations, so whether your event is in your backyard or a remote paddock, we’ve got you covered.
